1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a Chaos Seed from SEEDWTF, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not make a purchase.

2. Product Description

A Chaos Seed is a digital collectible that includes:

• A unique numbered identifier (0 - 999,999)
• A procedurally generated AI prompt
• A downloadable NFT-style card image
• Entry into the $10,000 giveaway (first 100,000 seeds only)

3. No Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of Chaos Seeds, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is complete.

4. Pricing

Prices increase based on the number of seeds sold:

• Seeds 0 - 99,999: $1 each
• Seeds 100,000 - 299,999: $3 each
• Seeds 300,000 - 599,999: $8 each
• Seeds 600,000 - 899,999: $12 each
• Seeds 900,000 - 999,999: $20 each

5. Giveaway Rules

The $10,000 giveaway applies only to the first 100,000 seeds sold. 10 random winners will receive $1,000 each. Winners will be announced on our official X (Twitter) account.

6. Intellectual Property

You own your Chaos Seed and may use the generated prompt and card image for personal or commercial purposes. You may not resell the SEEDWTF brand, logo, or claim to represent SEEDWTF.

7. Limitation of Liability

SEEDWTF is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.
